Delete your Spiky Sweeper account

You can permanently delete your Spiky Sweeper account and the data tied to it at any time. The fastest way is right inside the app. If you can't open the app — for example, you've uninstalled it or changed phones — you can request deletion by email instead.

Delete in the app (recommended)

1. Open Spiky Sweeper.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm by re-typing your name.

When you confirm, your account and its data are deleted from our servers right away, and the app on your device is reset to a fresh state. This cannot be undone.

Request deletion by email

If you can no longer open the app, email support@prasergames.com from the same Google account you used to sign in and ask us to delete your account. Matching that sign-in is how we confirm the request is really yours — we never ask for your password, and we don't need your real name or address.

We complete email-requested deletions within 30 days of verifying the request, and usually much sooner.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your player profile, your chosen display name (it is released for others to use), all of your recorded runs (replays) — including runs other players have raced against — your match history and skill ratings for every difficulty, and any results still waiting to upload from offline play. This removal is permanent and cannot be undone.

What we may keep

We may retain anonymized, aggregated data that is no longer linked to you or your device — for example, overall counts used to understand how the game is played. This data carries no information that identifies you. See our Privacy Policy for details.
